The Root Collection is our most ancestrally grounded offering. Formulated with botanicals that communities across the Caribbean, West Africa, and South Asia have trusted for generations — neem for its long history of calming and clarifying the scalp, moringa for its extraordinary nutrient density, soursop for its antioxidant protection, marshmallow root for the slip and soothing it has always quietly delivered. 

These ingredients were never secrets. They were simply passed over by an industry that preferred what was cheaper and easier to scale. We went back and found them anyway. 

Every formula in this collection is handcrafted in small batches, palm oil-free, cruelty-free, and formulated with sensitive scalps in mind. Available unscented and scented — because even in hair care, your ritual belongs to you.
