Refund policy
💎Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only. Refunds will be subject to a 3% transaction fee as this is the charge passed on by Shopify.
💎Due to the customization of each set, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless damaged in transit, as sets are made to order. I am not responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered or if any of my on site information has been overlooked.
💎Unfortunately, as every set of nails are custom made to order and unable to be resold; returned orders will not be refunded. In the event your order is returned to me (unclaimed item, wrong address etc.) you will need to make an arrange to have the item re-delivered at your own cost.
