Our Commitment

Every Crystal Beaute product is handcrafted in small batches with the same care and intention from the first ingredient to the final finishing touch. We stand behind every product we make. If something is not right we want to know — and we will do everything we can to make it right.


Section 1 — General Policy

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items that come into direct contact with skin and hair we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of every customer — not to limit your recourse when something goes wrong. If something goes wrong we will always work with you toward a resolution.


Section 2 — Damaged or Defective Products

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we have reviewed your claim we will provide a resolutions at our discretion.


Section 3 — Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product — meaning a different item than what you ordered — please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery with your order number and a photograph of what you received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if required.


 

Section 4 — Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products. We strongly encourage customers to explore our Discovery Kit before committing to full-size products — it exists specifically to help you find the right products for your skin before investing in the full collection.


Section 5 — Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price using a promotional code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This does not affect your rights in relation to damaged or defective goods.


Section 6 — Gift Purchases

If you received a Crystal Beaute product as a gift and it arrived damaged or defective please contact us with the order number if available, a photograph of the issue, and the name and email of the person who purchased the gift. We will work with you to find the right resolution.


Section 7 — Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched. If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately at info@crystalbeaute.co with your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request before your order enters production or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. In that case please refer to our return process above upon receipt.

Crystal Beaute also reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, items that are temporarily unavailable, or orders that cannot be fulfilled to our standard. In the event of cancellation you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.


Section 8 — Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation including the Consumer Protection Act. Where any provision of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights your statutory rights prevail.
