Every Crystal Beaute order is prepared with the same care and intention that goes into every formula — thoughtfully, unhurriedly, and without cutting corners. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, your order receives individual attention before it ever leaves our hands. That takes a little more time than a warehouse dispatch. We believe your skin care ritual is worth that time.
Where We Ship
Crystal Beaute currently ships within Canada only. We are working toward expanding our reach and will announce new shipping destinations through our website and social channels when available. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand — product launches, seasonal releases, or promotional periods — processing times may extend slightly beyond this window. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing is the time we take to prepare and pack your order with care. Shipping is the time the carrier takes to deliver it to you.
Tracked Shipping
Every Crystal Beaute order ships with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If your tracking information has not arrived within 5 business days of your order please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there contact us and we will locate your order and update you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide — actual delivery times are managed by the carrier once your order leaves our hands.
Made to Order Products
Some Crystal Beaute products are made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Where this applies it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Made to order products may require additional preparation time beyond our standard 2 to 5 business day processing window. We will always communicate expected timelines clearly and keep you updated.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout before placing your order. Crystal Beaute is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order contact us as quickly as possible — we will do everything we can to correct it before your order is dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping charges and/or a restocking fee may apply
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and logistics are managed by them directly. If your shipment appears delayed or lost we recommend contacting the carrier using your tracking number as a first step. If you need further assistance contact us and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation. We stand behind every order from the moment it leaves our hands.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will assess the situation and make it right. Products that arrive damaged due to carrier handling are taken seriously and we will work with you toward a resolution promptly.
Order Cancellations
Crystal Beaute reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, items that are temporarily out of stock, or orders that cannot be fulfilled to our standard. In the event that your order is cancelled you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.
