All products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the artisanal nature of our production, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur between batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted botanical products and do not constitute a defect.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately represent product colors.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product descriptions and pricing, and limit sales by geographic region or jurisdiction at any time without notice. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
Some products may be made to order. Where this applies it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Made to order products may require additional preparation time beyond our standard processing window.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion — including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, items that are temporarily unavailable, or orders that cannot be fulfilled to our standard. In the event of cancellation you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Section 4 — Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account information — including email address and payment details — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, and to limit quantities purchased per customer, per household, or per order.
Section 5 — Shipping
Crystal Beaute currently ships within Canada only. Full details regarding processing times, shipping methods, tracked shipping, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Crystal Beaute is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier directly.
Section 6 — Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted personal care items we are unable to accept returns on products. Full details regarding our returns and refunds process are outlined in our Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders where information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.
