Soursop Juice & Leaf: In Caribbean, West African, and Latin American households, soursop has always been a plant of multiple purposes — the fruit eaten, the leaves prepared and applied, the whole plant trusted across generations for what it offered skin and body alike. Crystal Beaute Co. didn't discover soursop. We simply listened to the people who already knew it — and put both the juice and the leaf into this bar, because one without the other would have been a half-truth. Honest Soursop is named accordingly. 

Kokum Butter: Pressed from the seed of the kokum fruit — grown along the coastal forests of western India and long used in Ayurvedic preparations — kokum butter is one of the most uniquely skin-compatible butters available. It is harder than shea and cocoa butter at room temperature, yet melts precisely at skin temperature and absorbs without any greasy trace. In soap-making, it contributes exceptional hardness and longevity to the bar. On skin, it leaves nothing but nourishment. Known and used for centuries along India's Konkan coast. Arriving here exactly as it always was. 

French Green Clay: A mineral-rich clay drawn from ancient deposits and colored by decomposed plant matter — the green is chlorophyll and iron oxides, entirely natural and earned. More active than kaolin, more mineral-dense than most cosmetic clays, french green clay draws out impurities and surface build up with a thoroughness that is felt after the very first wash. Used in European skin preparations for centuries, it brings a cleansing authority to Honest Soursop that nothing gentler could replicate — while remaining well within the range of what sensitive skin can receive. 

Tussah Silk: Derived from wild silk cocoons, tussah silk dissolves into the bar during the soap-making process. Its amino acids mirror those in human skin, creating a silky slip and conditioning effect that no synthetic additive quite replicates. In an unscented bar, where nothing else distracts, the silk makes itself known exactly as it should — in the lather, and in what the skin feels like after.

Fragrance: Unscented — no essential oils, no fragrance oils, no masking agents of any kind. 

Natural scent character: A faint, green earthiness from the soursop leaf — subtle and natural, present only in the lather. The bar rinses entirely clean. No scent remains on the skin.

• Wet skin and bar with warm water. 
• Lather between hands or directly on skin — the bar will produce a rich, silky foam with the natural slip of tussah silk present throughout. 
• Massage gently into face or body. Let the clay and soursop do their work — no rush. 
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water. 
• Follow with your Crystal Beaute Co. body oil or butter to seal in moisture while skin is still slightly damp. 

Store your bar on a draining soap dish between uses. A dry bar lasts longer — and a long-lasting bar is a worthy one.
