This is a bar built for skin that deserves to be treated with intention. Rose water, used in place of plain water throughout, brings its natural astringent and anti-inflammatory properties into every stage of the cleanse — calming as it purifies, conditioning as it rinses. Shea butter and olive oil bring deep, lasting moisture. Castor oil builds a lather that is rich and slow — the kind that invites you to stay a moment longer.
French pink clay — gentler than kaolin, softer in character — draws impurities from the surface while treating sensitive skin with the consideration it requires. Tussah silk, dissolved into the bar, leaves a conditioning slip on skin that no synthetic additive quite replicates. Pink ultramarine gives Suede & Rose its signature blush tone — mineral, not dye, and entirely honest about it.
The fragrance opens with brightness — apple, grapefruit, a whisper of clove — before settling into a full floral heart of peony, rose, jasmine, and carnation. The base is where it earns its name: suede, amber, and musk, warm and unhurried. A shimmer mica, applied to the surface of each bar, catches the light the way the scent catches in a room — quietly, and then all at once.

Rose Water: Distilled from rose petals, rosewater has been used in beauty, medicine, and ritual across Persia, the Ottoman Empire, South Asia, and the Middle East for over a thousand years. As a skincare ingredient it is gently astringent — tightening and toning without stripping — and anti-inflammatory, calming redness and sensitivity on contact. Used here in place of plain water, it is present from the very first step of the soap-making process, woven into the bar rather than added after the fact.
French Pink Clay: A rare, naturally occurring clay formed from a blend of red and white clays — softer in character than kaolin and exceptionally suited to sensitive and dry skin types. It draws out surface impurities and excess oil with a gentleness that leaves skin refined rather than scoured. The clay of choice for skin that needs cleansing without compromise.
Tussah Silk: Derived from wild silk cocoons, tussah silk dissolves into the bar during the soap-making process. Its amino acids mirror those in human skin, creating a silky slip and conditioning effect that no synthetic additive quite replicates.
Pink Ultramarine: A mineral pigment that gives Suede & Rose its soft blush color. Ultramarines are among the safest and most stable colorants used in cosmetics — derived from naturally occurring minerals, free of heavy metals, and approved for skin-contact use. The pink you see is the mineral itself. Nothing more.
Shimmer Mica (surface application): Applied to the surface of each bar after curing, the shimmer mica gives Suede & Rose a luminous finish that catches light without depositing onto skin during use. It is a visual detail — a finishing touch that reflects the care taken with every other element of this bar. It stays on the bar. What reaches your skin is everything underneath it.

Top Notes: Apple, grapefruit, clove — bright and slightly spiced. An opening that arrives with confidence and softens quickly.
Middle Notes: Peony, rose, jasmine, carnation — a full, layered floral heart. Lush without being heavy. The scent at its most itself.
Base Notes: Suede, amber, musk — warm, skin-close, and slow to leave. The note that stays on the towel and the memory both.

How to Use
How to Use
- Wet skin and bar with warm water.
- Lather between hands or directly on skin — the bar will produce a rich, creamy foam with a soft blush tone.
- Massage gently into face or body. Let the clay and rose water do their work — no rush.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Follow with your Crystal Beaute Co. body oil or butter to seal in moisture while skin is still slightly damp.
For best results: Store your bar on a draining soap dish between uses. A dry bar lasts longer — and a long-lasting bar is a worthy one.
