Lavender has been calming skin, settling nerves, and softening the end of a long day for centuries. Wild Lavender doesn't chase that history — it honors it.

This is a bar built for skin that deserves more than a quick rinse. Olive oil and shea butter bring deep, lasting moisture. Castor oil lends a rich, creamy lather that feels like something — not nothing. Colloidal oatmeal and oatmeal milk calm as they cleanse, making this an especially generous choice for sensitive or easily irritated skin.

Kaolin clay draws out impurities without stripping — a quiet workhorse that leaves skin feeling clean in the way clean is supposed to feel: balanced, not tight. Tussah silk, dissolved into the bar, lends a softness that lingers well past the rinse. And alkanet root gives Wild Lavender its signature deep, dusky hue — botanical.

The scent is lavender as it should be — familiar, grounding, and full. Lavender 40/42 essential oil carries the classic floral calm, while benzoin resinoid adds a warm, slightly sweet depth underneath — like the last hour of warmth before evening settles in.

Gently lather in hand or washcloth. Massage onto damp skin. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For external use only. Discontinue use if rash or skin irritation occurs. Keep Bar Dry Between Use To Last Longer.

Key Ingredients

Colloidal Oatmeal: Finely milled oat that suspends in water to form a protective, anti-inflammatory layer on skin. Clinically recognized for soothing eczema, dryness, and irritation. Not a trend. A staple used for generations. 

Tussah Silk: Derived from wild silk cocoons, tussah silk dissolves into the bar during the soap-making process. Its amino acids mirror those in human skin, creating a silky slip and conditioning effect that no synthetic additive quite replicates. 

Kaolin Clay: The gentlest of clays. Draws out excess oil and impurities without disrupting the skin barrier — making it the right choice for everyday cleansing, even on sensitive skin. 

Benzoin Resinoid: A natural resin from the Styrax tree, used for centuries in perfumery and traditional medicine. Adds warmth and fixative depth to the scent, and brings gentle skin-soothing properties. The reason this lavender stays. 

Alkanet Root: A botanical root that yields a rich, wine-purple colorant. No synthetic dyes. No micas. Just a plant that has been used to color and heal for thousands of years across the Mediterranean and Middle East.

Top Note: Fresh lavender — clean, herbal, unmistakably itself. 

Heart Note: Soft floral lavender, slightly powdery and calming. 

 Base Note: Warm benzoin resinoid — vanilla-adjacent, balsamic, grounding. The note that lingers.

How to Use

  • Wet skin and bar with warm water. 
  • Lather between hands or directly on skin — the bar will produce a rich, creamy foam. 
  • Massage gently into face or body. Let the oatmeal and clay do their work — no rush. 
  • Rinse thoroughly with warm water. 
  • Follow with your Crystal Beaute Co. body oil or butter to seal in moisture while skin is still slightly damp.
